All data you enter, including exercises, workout logs, and settings, is stored only on your device. We do not send your data to any server or third party. There is no account or sign-in required.
We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal information. We do not use analytics or tracking that identifies you.
Because all data stays on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's data in your device settings.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The Last updated date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
